Whatever its weaknesses, I think Google Scholar is pretty neat. It's certainly more interesting for science than other topics thus far, but given it has citation links and now allows libraries with the right software to link to their full text subscriptions, it's getting more interesting by the day. You can follow commentary - good, bad, and ugly - at a blog maintained by T.J. Sondermann.
